I had Edwards Pest Control come out to my house for a rodent problem. My neighbours had tried their own treatment to eradicate rats in the area which didn’t work as they were still present with at least one spotted under my shed. He did a complete inspection of the property to identify the full extent of the problem and where they were coming from. The assessment was very professional and thorough. He then advised what was needed along with a suitable eradication plan that is safe for my family and local wildlife which is very important to me. Ed gave a good quote to do the work and installed the traps in the relevant areas. He also provided instructions about what to do, what not to do and how long it would take. I definitely recommend Edwards Pest Control, very knowledgeable and professional services.

Edward is a real stand up guy, a man with integrity. He came out to take care of some ants but the situation had already resolved through other means. He wasn't fussed. He didn't charge for the visit. And he offered a lot of helpful advice. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Ed was fantastic at putting my mind at ease with a thorough search of my whole house including the external facade. Explained in detail what the creepy critter noise was / wasnt, very knowledgeable and left extra protection laying sticky traps everywhere. Highly recommend.

I had some floorboards that were rotting away in my kitchen. Ed inspected the problem and crawled under the house to confirm his suspicions. He also checked the rest of the house to ensure there were no other issues and now the problem is now solved. His service was first class.
